2021 Update on Reviews

In this article, you will learn how to setup your app to work with your review system of choice.

What you will need:

1. You will need to know where you will want to leave the review (Google, Facebook, Yelp).

2. The link to send someone to review your company

Part 1

Step 1

From your dashboard, go to Settings > SMS

Step 2

Create the message for your review request.

Step 3

Add an image (optional)

Step 4

Hit Save

Step 5

Repeat for Email

Step 1

Go to Settings > Customize Communications

Step 2

Adjust as needed

Part 3

Step 1

To activate a review request, simply check-in the client.
