Call Events Not Working?

Your first step in troubleshooting is to create a test user using your personal mobile number. Should you get the call, then the problem lies with your lead. If not, the problem will lie within your Twilio account.

Step 1

Navigate to Contacts (1) > Contacts (2) > Add Contact (3) > Add Single Contact (4)

Step 2

Fill out the form (1) > Click on Save (2)

Step 3

Create a test campaign with a call event.

Step 4

Go back to Contacts (reference Step 1, sub-step 1 and 2 above)

Scroll down (1) > Click on +Add under Add Campaigns (2) > Choose your demo campaign (3) > Click on Add (4)

If you received the call, then the problem possibly lies with your lead.

If you did not receive the call, the problem may lie within your Twilio account. Please contact support so we may troubleshoot the problem.
