Step 1
Log into your Twilio account
Step 2
Click on the question mark > select Submit a Ticket
Step 3
Insert a subject such as "Bad Call Quality" and add the details of the call. Make sure to include the subaccount and phone number in question.
Choose "P2 Degraded" as the business impact > Submit.
